What was most unique and made the entire event amazing was the racing format. Terms and Conditions• All purchase orders should be addressed to “Aquasail Distribution Company Pvt

Ltd ”• Terms of payment: 100% advance along with PO (at least 15 days prior to the

engagement) and balance within 10 days of final invoicing. All payments prior to event

• Service tax and other related taxes are chargeable on actual • Both parties, the sponsor/partner and Aquasail will appoint a person who will act

as a single point contact for all deliverables, invoicing, etc. pertaining to this conference

• Any services, special requests other than the scope of this proposal will be charged extra as the case might be
