Dynamic Reports begin with Questions “Queries”
Initial DestinationState the question:
“What is the percentage of clients living in your area whose initial destination is outside of your community?”
Building a “Query”
The pieces of information (fields) needed to answer the question are:
1) Reference Number
2) Date of Assessment
3) Initial Destination
4) Assessment Type
Group and Sort Information
This enables you to organize your report. It allows you to place items that have similar
characteristics together.
To further answer your question:
1) Group - Initial Destination
2) Sort – Assessment Type
Filter the Data Fields
A “filter” sifts through the data and extracts information that matches the specific filter.
Critical Filter: Date Range
To not identify a date range will yield the data from the beginning of time.
