The Appleton Suite is the ideal room for a wedding reception or function. It has the capacity to cater for up to 150 guests. With the benefit of its own private bar and dance floor, this room can easily seat up to 80 people for a sit-down meal.

The Centenary Suite is ideal for the larger wedding reception or family party. It has a capacity to cater for up to 350 guests. This room has its own private bar and large dance floor. The Centenary Suite can easily accommodate up to 220 people for a formal sit-down meal.

At the Cadbury Club it is our aim to ensure that your wedding or function is planned exactly as you would wish, enabling you to relax and enjoy the celebration once the day arrives.

We can offer both our Centenary Suite and Appleton Suite for a private wedding or function.

The Centenary Suite is ideal for the larger wedding reception, situated on the ground level it can hold a maximum of 350 guests.

The Appleton Suite is situated upstairs, away from the day to day running of the club. This suite can hold up to a maximum of 150 people.

The Cadbury Club will take pleasure in assisting you with your choice of menu, wine and seating arrangements, not to mention any other professional advice that you may require. Should you have a particular dish or menu in mind which we have not included in this brochure please do not hesitate to discuss your requirements with us.

Once you have chosen the date of your wedding or function simply contact us and make an appointment to discuss your future event. We will be more than happy to offer any professional advice on catering arrangements and anything else you are unsure of.

Please note that the Cadbury Club does not allow outside caterers onto the premises. Due to food safety regulations all buffets will be cleared 2 hours after service. Food cannot be taken off the premises.

For your sit-down meal please select one choice of starter, main course and dessert for all your guests.

The price for a sit-down meal is £25.00 per person. This also includes white linen tablecloths and a choice of either cream or white linen napkins.
