Businesses are the lifeblood of a community and perhaps the ultimate public private partnership. Local businesses provide jobs, sales tax revenue to support important public infrastructure and capital projects, they provide support to our local nonprofi ts, schools and sports teams, and create a sense of place that people, from all corners of the world, want to visit. Without the business community and the commerce that they provide, government would not be able to provide public safety, health care or housing services, or have the ability to protect and maintain our outstanding recreational opportunities.
The business community is born out of identifying gaps and needs in a market and fi nding creative, innovative ways to fi ll those needs. Innovation breeds success.
Our vision is to be the driving force behind the success of all Summit County businesses.
The Summit Chamber’s mission is to ensure business success for our members and to foster community-wide economic vitality by providing resources, educational opportunities, and business connections. We lead with a clear vision of the future. We unite key stakeholders. And we support collaborative efforts throughout the community.

Summit Chamber ChaptersSummit County boasts some of the best year round recreation in Colorado. Within close proximity of five major ski resorts, and home to six unique Towns, the Summit Chamber is committed to balancing the needs and unique circumstances that each of our mountain communities face.
Under the Summit Chamber umbrella, we have created Chapters within each of our communities. These Chap-ters are committed to identifying and addressing the needs of their particular communiites, while simultaneously working together to unite our County.
The Chamber currently supports the Breckenridge, Exit 205 (Dillon and Silverthorne), Frisco, Copper Mountain Resort, Keystone Neighbourhood Company and Summit Independent Business Alliance Chapters.
This structure enables these individual organizations to create and support events and activities withintheir respective communities. It also gives a stronger, more focused voice within each governmental entity.
A portion of your dues will be allocated to the Chapter where your business is located. If you prefer to designate a different affiliation, please contact Cheri at [email protected].
