Golf at The Broadmoor Set in the Cheyenne Mountain foothills of Colorado Springs, The Broadmoor Gold Club is consistently ranked among the best in the world. The stunning yet formidable West Course is known of its rolling fairways, multi-level greens and demanding hazards. The West Course includes doglegs, steeply-angled greens, and offers breathtaking views of both the mountains and Colorado Springs. The Broadmoor Fly Fishing SchoolThis two-hour fishing school is located at The Broadmoor Fish House and Golf Course and is geared toward all skill levels. Fishing school includes guides, rods, flies, a 20-minute fly casting introduction and fishing in the Golf Course pond. Learn from world-class instructors to help fine-tune your fly fishing technique. The Broadmoor Soaring AdventureExperience the exhilaration of Seven Falls with a high-flying adventure that propels you across “The Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado.” The Broadmoor Soaring Adventure Woods Course consists of 5 zip lines that range in distance from 250 feet to 1,500 feet as well as moderate hiking, rope bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel that offers stunning views of the waterfalls and the canyon below. Time: Meet at 1:45 p.m. in the golf club lobby by the fireplace for a 2 p.m. shuttle departure (just down the stairs from the meeting room.) Fly into DenverOr fly into Denver International Airport and rent a car. Denver International Airport is an hour and a half drive to the Broadmoor.
