An Awakening Wind blowsFrom the East to the West,From the Himalayas to the Tropics,From Monasteries to Main Street.It is the Breath of the Eternal.

The Timeless Wisdom of Ancient Rishis,Heard in Primordial Mountain Fastnesses,Remembered, recited, sung and writtenIn Upanishads, Gitas and Sutras,Is now bourn in the hearts and mindsOf travelers and seekers,Of saints and sages,

Across oceans and continentsFirst heard and rememberedOn the banks of sacred rivers,In caves and jungle huts,Now translated into

All the languages of the world,Now taught here, there and everywhere.

Once the secret sacred property of the few,Now illumining the hearts and mindsOf men and women everywhere,Newly available in bookstores, ashrams andThe internet, in satsangs and lecture halls,

Available to an enquiring world,

That spins towards a New Age of Awareness.

The Sacred Breath of Wisdom,Of Stillness and Silence and Wonder,Pointing to the Central Truths of the Heart,Proclaiming to one and all

Know Thyself! Thou art That!Discover your Oneness with the Eternal.Wave and ocean are only water.The finite is one with the Infinite.Every particle is part of the Whole.

This world is one Beingness,One Awareness, one Life, one Love.How could you ever think yourselfTo be separate from the Infinite?Could your breath possibly be separateFrom the Breath of the Eternal?

All this is God!See the Divine everywhere,In everyone and everything.Let your eye be single

And your whole life will be filled with Light.Let your vision be of Oneness

And your whole world will be filled with Love.All things and beings are justTemporary appearances within Awareness

And are nothing but Awareness!

God is Pure Awareness!The One Self in all is Pure Awareness!

All the stories of Spirit,All the histories, myths and legends,All the Sacred Teachings,Are pointers to the Awareness that you are,The Awareness that all are,The Pure Awareness that the Divine IsInvisible, Inscrutable, Ungraspable,Unchanging, Indivisible, Whole, Complete,Perfect, Unborn, Self-Existent, Self-Luminous,Needing Nothing, Depending upon Nothing.The Infinite, Eternal and Divine One shines

As the Awareness that you are!

This Very Self is One with the Infinite.Be still and know that I AM GOD,In Stillness and Silence, discoverThe One Being, One Light, One LoveThe Divine Presence That is Within You

As your Only True Identity.The little egoic self is a mirage,

An unexamined and empty presumption.To Discover Who You Truly Are,Is the only purpose, end or goal of life.The only place where restlessness ends,Is in the Perfect Peace of Eternal Light.The quest for fulfillment will continueUntil one finds rest in the Unmoving Essence.

The Love of Truth and the Truth of LoveAre the Wisdom of the Eternal.

This world is the garment of the EverlastingA robe to cloak the Invisible,A world made of temporary formsOf the Timeless and Formless.You and I are images of the Invisible,Voices of the Silence,Movements in the Unmoving,Imaginary Fragments of the Indivisible,The Arms and Legs of the Unmanifest.We ourselves are the Living Breath

Of the Eternal, now awakeningIn the discovery of Who We Truly Are!The courage to confront illusions,

To remove your masks,And be who you truly are,Is the Grace of the Eternal.

The motions of the Sun, Moon and stars,The rise and fall of the tides,

The turnings of the seasons,The beat of your very own heart,

All are manifestations of the Eternals Love,All are the Light of the Immortal Oneness,Shining brightly, here, now and everywhere.

The bubbles of illusion drift awayIn an Awakening Wind.The veils of night dissolve inThe Light of a New Dawn.Wisdom arrives inThe Breath of the Eternal.
