The birth of Christ / Christmas / is one of the biggest religious celebrations in the Christian world. In this day celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ - the Son of God

“Carollers” is a traditional Bulgarian custom. The time for Carollers is determinate - from midnight to sunrise on Christmas Day. By Christmas songs the boys give blessings for health, happiness and success of the hosts and their families.

Night before Christmas meets the whole family. The table on Christmas Eve should be plentiful, and the food on it - an odd number and fasting. On the table is placed freshly kneaded cake with a hidden silver coin.

All children in our school participate in Christmas celebrations, play, sing, dance and exchange gifts.

In recent years, the Christmas traditions in Bulgaria are associated with charity. For the sixth consecutive year our school held campaign "At Christmas dreams come true." Thus, we joined the Year of Volunteering.

We visited homes for children deprived of parental care. We experienced happy moments together. We launched new friendships.

We implemented the charity show "Our story"

The collected funds we have provided to our classmate with health problems.

We did a charity bazaar with items handmade by us - the earned money we used to provide a hot lunch to needy children.
