SUB-: RESULT OF RASHTRAPATI SCOUT & GUIDE TESTING CAMFIS'

Dear Sir/Madam.

The Rasht.apati Scout & Gujde Testing Camps all over lhe Country are in flll swing We know very

well that all the children who have alfeady attended the testing camps a.e very much anxious to know the

results. we have taken a decision that the result of the testing camp will be submitted to National

Headquarters by the leader of the testing camps within one week of the flral day of the tesiing camp The

result will be scrutinized by the Deputy Director of 8oy Programme and Girl Pfogramme respecliveiy w thrn 3-4

days and submilted fof final approval of the Director thfough the concerned Joint Director Thus we w be

abie to send the result ofthe concerned State withifl 15 days of the finai day of the tesl og camp

ln this regard, we would like to irdorm you the following guidelines in fegard to the Rashirapati Testing

Camps of Scouts & Guides.

1. The state should convey the result to each individual as soon as they receive from the Nalonal

Headquarters.2. lf the btate finds any mistakes/anomalies, they should immediately report it to the Director so that

action will be taken fo. necessary corrections if any and State wi{J be informed accordingly

3, AS it is a|ready informed in our Guidelines ihat if any ..NoT QUAL|F|ED, Scouvcuide desires to

attend the Tesiing camp once again, he/she is welcome. They should send their request directly to

the National Headquarters which will be considered on merits and foMarded to the concerned

Assistant Directof and the assistant Director will allot the camp foi them. sometimes the camp may

not be in their Region, but the Assistani Director will see that most convenient camp will be allotted

io scout / cuide. it is better the scout / cuide may enclose the zerox copy ,lf their applicatron alo_ng

witn the request letter' The applicant has to pay Rs 5OO/- (Rupees Five Hundred) as Camp fee

along with the Development & special fee at the time of registration in the cilmp
