Shape Your Future at Credit Suisse.Our programs span nearly every business area. Each of the programs has a unique focus, but all expertly blend business-specific training with on-the-job experience. You’ll make valuable contributions to our business—and we’ll help you develop your knowledge, skills and confidence at every step along the way.
Internship ProgramOur Internship Programs are open to students from all universities as well as universities of applied sciences who have completed at least four semesters of their Bachelor’s degree or who are enrolled in their Master’s studies. The program lasts 4-6 months, and is one of the most in-depth internships within the financial services industry.
Summer Internship ProgramOur Summer Internship offers you an opportunity to gain experience in a specific business area. During this 10 to 12 week program, you will be part of a team, charged with solving real problems and making a real impact. The program is open to students in the advanced stages of their Master’s studies who plan to graduate within the next 12 months.
Career Start ProgramOur Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree who have recently finished their studies. We provide a combination of practical experience and structured on and off-the-job training. You will be involved in real work from day one, and can help make an impact on our business while gaining the skills and knowledge you need.

Credit Suisse. Apply this knowledge in a banking simulation game.•• Leveraging your Personal Impact Learn how to have a positive impact in your professional life, through an in-depth understanding
of yourself and others.•• Development Forum Evaluate and enhance your social and methodological skills, and create your personal development plan.
You will be able to participate in additional training sessions that are related to your specific business area, including coursework in presentation skills and project planning, function-specific training such as the Global Train to Relationship Manager, Credit Risk Management Specialist check, analyst training or the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) training.
Career Start Program. Train and Grow.We offer a combination of practical experience and structured on- and off-the-job training. You will be placed in one specific role (your home base), but will have the chance to rotate through and learn about other areas so that you can develop a holistic view of the bank and the opportunities that we offer. You will receive additional training for your specific Career Track, ensuring that you are fully prepared for your designated position.
