TRANSCRIPT
So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me
empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the
thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11
LIVE WITH PURPOSE
Look all around you…so many things taking
place around us causing many to experience
fear and anxiety. So often we hear of tragic
natural disasters throughout our planet. Are
these the “birth pangs” the bible speaks of
prior to the coming of our Lord? We live in
a country that’s experiencing a wave of
uncertainty and divisiveness. In reality,
things for this world are not looking too
good. How should we, as followers of Jesus
Christ, be living in these times. Personally I
believe we should be “looking up” watching
for the return of our Lord but also
“redeeming the time for the days are evil”.
First know that you are being watched. Your
Father in heaven has His eye on you. His
desire is to see you serving as you share His
love with those around you. Human beings
are naturally selfish, but the Word tells us
that true love is not self-seeking. Find joy in
serving others!
Secondly, I would encourage you to always
be teachable. Continue to grow in the
knowledge and the wisdom of the Lord.
Thirdly, purpose today to commit your ways
to the Lord. Keep your eyes on the prize, run
the race with that end in mind. As long as
the Lord is your guide, all the cares and
worries of this world will be unable to truly
harm you. No wind will sway you, no storm
will beat you down. If we spend our lives
focused on ourselves then we will miss the
joy and peace that comes with living our
lives for the Lord.
We get caught up in the business of our day
when we forget that our true purpose as
believers is to spread the name of Jesus. The
words that leave our mouth should not be
empty, but be filled with truth and life You
never know how your words or actions
could affect someone. Maybe you will be
the spark that the Lord is using to bring them
closer to salvation.
You were meant to live with a purpose.

Haunting Reality A Halloween Ministry
that points people to the light...
The Haunting Reality is a free Haunted House unlike
any other. It’s a group experience with a story that
you become a part of . You are led by a guide from
room to room as the story unfolds. This years theme
title is CONCEPTION. What would you do if you
were trapped in a lab that was genetically altering
human embryos? When creatures with augmented
speed, strength, and intelligence are released, how
will you respond? When the lab decides to
incorporate you in it’s latest test, will you be able to
survive?
If you would like to be a part of The Haunting
Reality Ministry this year there are several areas of
service: acting, behind the scenes, construction,
evangelism, discipleship, and registration. To

First Baptist Church Orlando on
October 27th thru the 28th. The
conference fee of $69.00 is due
