In DESI (The Digital Economy and Society Index) 2015, Denmark ranks 1st out of the 28 EU Member States and has the most advanced use of digital public services.
Denmark is gradually implementing a "digital by default" strategy for the most used citizen’s public services, taking advantage of the high percentage of eGovernment users.
