La oportunidadLa oportunidad consiste en invertir en la adquisición y el desarrollo del edificio ubicado en 114 East 25th Street, para así beneficiarse de los retornos del desarrollador del proyecto.

En abril 2015, Prodigy Network firmó una opción de compra del edificio lo cual permite hacer la campaña de crowdfunding de manera segura para cerrar la transacción en el primer trimestre del 2016.
