    Let's try it ! Arm twisting

    With arms stretched out to your sides at shoulder height, begin twisting your arms forward, then

    backward, coordinating with your breathing. Then, twist your left hand forward, turning yourentire arm, while at the same time, twisting your right hand and arm backward. Repeat this

    movement, with your right hand forward and the left hand backward. This movement eliminatestension in the neck and shoulders as well as numbness in the arms.

    Let's try it ! Leg and Upper Body StretchWith feet together, bend over at the waist and touch your hands to the floor. Repeat this motion, with your hands crossed andtouch the floor with a gentle bouncing motion. Next, clasp your hands behind your knees, bend forward and gently bounce. This

    exercise also improves the function of your kidneys and bladder and has an "age-reversing" effect

    Singing & Laughing

    Smiling and laughing is the best exercise for your brain. It is the most effective way to supply oxygen to the brain. Once you start

    to smile and laugh, there is joy coming from your heart.

    Your brain experiences a transformation simply by laughing one time. If you laugh intensely, you will be using nerves in thebrain, as well as facial muscles, that you do not ordinarily use. It is better to laugh for 5 minutes than to exercise for five hours.

    Your health will be improved and your life will change.
