WHAT IS RIP MAGAZINE?RIP is short for Revitalize. Inspire. Perform. RIP magazine is a quarterly publication designed for urban young people aged 13 to 35 years. The mission of RIP magazine is to serve as a responsible, educational, thought-provoking, culturally relevant publication that inspires young readers to achieve their highest potential. RIP magazine informs and entertains 15,000 urban young people, while educating them about important real-life issues that they encounter daily. RIP tackles important issues, such as health, fitness, education, trends, and lifestyle choices from the perspective of the urban young reader and provides content in both English and Spanish.

WHO CONTRIBUTES TO RIP?RIP magazine is a collaboration of articles from healthcare and educational professionals, as well as urban youth, which results in thought-provoking content that speaks directly to the magazine’s targeted demographic. RIP magazine’s youth correspondents are a vital part of each publication. In addition, RIP magazine has formed partner-ships with leading academic, government, and nonprofit agencies, which add value to RIP magazine’s core content and composition.

WHERE CAN YOU GETCOPIES OF RIP MAGAZINE?RIP magazine is available at select distribution points in Washington, DC, Newark, NJ, and the 5 boroughs of New York City.
