Abstract
Course Transferring Program in Bachelor of Technology (Industrial Technology), Faculty of Industrial
Technology, Uttaradit Rajabhat University was developed to assist for the students or participants that pretested and determined their curriculum plan after the demonstration. However, the curriculum
administrators had a requirement to store the data of sampling group for review the curriculum plan
subsequently. Therefore, the research aimed to apply the program that was developed to be recordable and summarize the information for their curriculum planning and timetabling arrangements. In the

research methodology, we adopt the system development life cycle (SDLC) by divided into 7 Steps. The
sample consisted of 40 third-year students who tested the course transferring program. The data was stored in the database and processed by an improved program that is run on the web browser. The
reports were shown as the individual and total format. From the program testing, the evaluation was
done by five curriculum administrators. The result is good and able to be used as a curriculum planning tool.
