    1/26

At 11:53 a.m., a dispatcher reported a stealing in progress

at the Ferguson Market. The 911 operator was still talking

to the caller in the background.

In a second broadcast, 19 seconds later, the dispatcher says

the suspect is a black male in a white T-shirt running

toward QuikTrip, and had stolen a box of Swisher

cigars. While possibly just an error, it should be noted

Mike Brown did not have on white shirt, but actually a

    grey one.

In Darren Wilsons Grand Jury Testimony, he states a callcame over the radio for a suspect in a black shirt, not a

white t-shirt as can be heard over the actual call.

About four minutes later, theres more detailover the radio:

the suspect is wearing a red Cardinals hat, a white T-

shirt, yellow socks and khaki shorts, and isaccompanied by another man.

Wilson has told authorities that before the radio call he had

stopped to tell Brown and his friend, Dorian Johnson, 22, to

quit walking down the middle of the street. They keptwalking, and he then realized that Brown matched the

description of the suspect in the stealing call. However,

in the Grand Jury testimony shown above and below,

Wilson states he actually noticed Johnsonfitting the

description of the call, and that it was a radio call for a

    suspect in a black shirt.

The following is from his initial interview with Detectives,

again stating the suspect was in a black t-shirt:

Of further interest is the fact that Dorian Johnson, now in

protective custody, was confirmed as being part of the

altercation as well. Yet neither Darren Wilson nor Dorian

Johnson states this, and Darren Wilsons account as to

    3/26

where Dorian Johnson was at the time changed multiple

times. DNA evidence confirms both Darren Wilson and

Dorian Johnsons DNA is on the bracelet.

Where Darren Wilson states Dorian Johnson was at the

time of the shooting as well as the details of the event

changed multiple times as seen below. In this Facebook

post made by Darren Wilson shortly before deleting his

account, Wilson claims both Dorian Johnson and Mike

Brown slammed his door shut, and that they were together

    when he yelled Freeze.

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    5/26

A later statement indicates he never saw where Dorian

Johnson was after the initial encounter

In the same Facebook post, Darren Wilson also states thathe only fired one timefrom inside the vehicle, and that it

was while wrestling for the gun. He also states Mike

Brown had the gun against his own hip and it went off

during the struggle, indicating the first shot was in his hip.

A later statement also indicates Mike Brown was first shotin the hip, although no wound to the hip is noted in the

autopsy, and this is also when Darren Wilson begins stating

he actually fired two shots from inside the vehicle:

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    6/26

It was later stated by Wilson that the gun was instead

turned into officer Wilsons hip, and the first shot hit Mike

    Brown in the hand.

When asked if it was necessary to chase Mike Brown once

he fled, Darren Wilsons response indicates a suspect in a

black shirt is who he was after, not Mike Brown

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    7/26

On Facebook Wilson also states Mike Brown first turned

around when he yelled Freeze. But later states he has no

    idea why he turned around

After the call that shots were fired, Wilson pursued Brown

    on foot.

Wilson has said that Brown turned and charged, and that

Wilson then fired once, paused when Brown appeared to

flinch and fired again, multiple times. Wilson then stated

he fired another volley of shots while backpedaling as the

suspect continued charging him. This would indicate two

shots from inside the vehicle, then three sets of shots once

outside the vehicle. However, audio captured during the

shooting indicates 11 shots were fired in rapid succession,

with a single pause in between. Further analysis of the

audio indicates the shots fired came from a single location

    with the shooter not moving.

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    8/26

This directly conflicts with what Darren Wilson says

happened, however it does coincide with what he originally

states happened. Firing only once from inside the vehicle,

and then firing 7 more shots once outside, pausing, and

then firing 4 more shots for a total of 12, the number of

shell casings recovered at the scene.

Darren Wilson consistently states that Mike Brown reached

his right hand into his waistband, and it was even under his

body when he fell. However, the coroners report and

photographs prove this is untrue, as it was his left handunderneath his body.

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    9/26

Photo and Coroners report showing it was the left hand:

It was also stated that Darren Wilson never stood over the

body of Mike Brown. Photos obtained during the event

prove this to also be untrue:

While Darren Wilson states he was not carrying a taser at

the time, and rarely does, during his grand jury testimony

    he states the following:

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    10/26

HELP ARRIVESForty-one seconds after Wilsons call, unit 25 reported that

he was about to arrive at Wilsons location, saying he was

going out on Canfield and accompanied by the sound of

his racing engine.Forty-eight seconds later, another officer had arrived or

was about to, announcing, 22s out.

At 12:03 p.m., an eyewitness to the shooting Tweeted:

The timing of the tweet tells us Brown was killed less than

61 seconds after the dispatcher acknowledged that Wilson

    had stopped two men.

At one minute, 13 seconds after Wilsons call, an

unidentified officer has arrived and asks, Wheres the

    other one?

  • 8/10/2019 The Anon Wars: Evidence and Events you didn't see

    11/26

Eleven seconds later, theres a brief burst of static andan

unintelligible bit of speech. A dispatcher responds, 10-4

    on Canfield.

Twenty seconds later, unit 25 called in to ask if the

dispatcher could send a supervisor to Canfield and Copper

    Creek Court.

At 12:05, a dispatcher called for an ambulance, erroneously

reporting that someone had been hit with a Taser.

By 12:07 p.m., a woman wailed in the background as an

officer called over his radio: Get us several more units

over here. Theres gonna be a problem.

While its been stated that the Coroners report and Forensic evidence prove without

a shadow of a doubt that Officer Wilson was not at fault, this isnt entirely or

necessarily true either. The FBI investigation, as well as the coroner himself

indicate it is entirely possible Mike Brown was not only shot from behind, but alsohad his hands up (whether in surrender, or as he stumbled forward and fell to the

ground) and that the coroner wasnt given access to any of the typical evidence

    needed for an autopsy.

Also of note is that no DNA or fingerprints were taken from Darren Wilson or the

weapon proving whether or not Mike Brown ever touched the gun, or that his blood

was on Darren Wilsons person, or that he ever even hit Darren Wilson.

The Following Diagram was also made, indicating a more realistic body positioning

    to account for the wounds.

Something that occurred during the Grand Jury hearing itself and how the case was

presented to them is also worth noting:

Presentingreams of evidencethat couldbenefit the defenseofFerguson officer Darren Wilson wasnt the only thing St. Louis County

prosecutors did to bolster Wilsons case for escaping trial.Prosecutors alsomade a mistakein the grand jury instructions that gave

jurors a false impression about the law and provided Wilson with

significantly more legal cover for the deadly shooting of Michael

Brown than the law actually provides, according to a review of the

    transcript by MSNBCs Lawrence ODonnell.

Assistant District Attorney Kathi Alizadeh instructed grand jurors onhow to decide the case based on a statute that was invalidated by the

U.S. Supreme Court two decades ago. As ODonnell points out, that

statute had not been valid for the entirety of Alizadehs legal career.

That statute said that officers can use any force they deem necessary to

achieve the arrest of a fleeing suspect. It does not preclude deadly force

,saying only that officers are justified in the use of such physical force

as he or she reasonably believes is immediately necessary to effect the

arrest or to prevent the escape from custody. The U.S. Supreme Court nixed this law and others like it when it held

in the 1985 case ofTennessee v. Garnerthat police officers could not

use deadly force simply because a suspect was fleeing. They could onlydo so if that suspect also threatened the lives of others. A 1979

    Missouri statute was never changed.

Alizadeh realized her mistake three months after she initially presented

the statute to the grand jurors and disclosed the error. But at leastaccording to the transcript, she never told them what exactly she did

wrong or what had changed. She simply told the jurors to fold in half

the paper they had been referencing for three months and gave them a

    new one with different instructions.

When asked by a juror whether federal law superseded Missouri law,the juror was simply told dont worry about it.
