Thank you for inquiring about our Peachtree and QuickBooks technical support services. The following are some commonly asked questions about our services.

Our Qualifications Our firm has been providing Peachtree and QuickBooks technical assistance since 1984. Our Peachtree and QuickBooks technicians are Peachtree-Certified and QuickBooks ProAdvisors . Our Technicians are either CPAs or are directly supervised by CPAs.

Charges for Technical Support Services We have spent several years learning and maintaining our knowledge about the Peachtree and QuickBooks accounting programs. For this reason, please understand that there will be a charge for assisting you. If we are not able to help you at all, there will be no charge (see exception for data corruption below). Our rate for technical support is $3.00 per minute, with a minimum charge of $45.00 (15 minutes), unless you ve acquired one of our support plans, which provide for reduced rates.

If you don t have a credit card, you can still obtain support by using our check-by-faxoption, though this requires a minimum payment of $180.After-hours and weekend calls are charged $4 per minute, with a $60 minimum.Our normal hours are from 8AM to 5PM Central Time.

Requesting Technical Support If you would like technical support, you can simply call us at 1-800-259-4213. Unless you have already purchased a support plan, please have your credit card ready.

You can also complete and fax the attached Call Request Form to us at 504-834-8218, or toll free at 1-877-834-8218. After receiving your call request, we will have a technician contact you.

Data Corruption In some instances where data corruption is the problem, the process of determining whether data can be repaired takes some time. We cannot guarantee that using the traditional data recovery utilities provided with Peachtree software will repair the data. However, since we have to perform the data recovery process to make this determination, we must charge for our time. If the data cannot be repaired using the data recovery process, then your options are to restore from a backup or send us your data for further analysis.

By subscribing to the following technical support plans, you will receive the highest priority response from our best-qualified technicians. If we are not immediately available, your call will be returned promptly (from 8:00am to 5:00pm central time). If your call is received after 4:00pm central time, you are guaranteed a return call before 9:00am the following day. If your call is not returned in this time frame, then no time will be deducted from your support plan. The time acquired under support plans can be used for up to one year. Telephone / Remote Access Assistance:

Pay Per Call - $45 for the 1st 15 minutes and $3 per minute thereafter. After hour calls are $60 min / $4 minute.

60 Minute Plan - $180 covers 60 minutes ($3/min) of assistance for up to one year. You save money in the long run because time is charged to your plan in one-minute intervals. The same low rate applies for after-hours calls.

What Are The Benefits of Onsite Training as Compared to Classroom Training?

With classroom training, you do not receive hands-on training. With onsite training you do.

We provide computer consulting services in the following areas:

Basic Workstation Services $75 per hour Services include hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair, maintenance, and upgrades to PC workstations and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), independent of network issues, and any consultation thereof.

Network Services $125 per hour Services include hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair, maintenance, and upgrades to network components such as file servers, routers, hubs, switches, network printers and scanners, etc., user and network data administration in client-server or peer-to-peer network scenarios, all PC Workstation network issues and any consultation thereof.

Advanced Network & Security Services $125 per hour Services include network design and performance analysis, firewalls and Virtual Private Networking installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair and any consultation thereof.

Computer Consulting Rate Schedule:

Onsite Service Minimum charge of 2 hours per visit

Telephone Support and/or Remote Service Minimum charge of 15 minutes per incident. Remote Service is defined as any services performed through modem or the Internet.

Emergency/After Hours Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Services performed outside of regular business hours are subject to a $25 per hour surcharge. Emergency services such that require rescheduling of prior appointments are likewise subject to a $25 per hour surcharge.
