Jokake provided construction services for this 90,000 sf, $15 million CMAR project. Under our scope the existing classrooms and administrative areas remained
operational while two new campus buildings were constructed in close proximity.

The Maricopa County Community College District purchased the former George L. Campbell Library building to meet PVCC’s growing needs for educational spaces.
The Q Building is home to PVCC’s Math and Continuing Education divisions and the Center for Teaching and Learning, which focuses on expanding and improving instruction to support student learning and success.
It also serves as a Community Math Center and shares space with the Arizona Agribusiness and Equine Center Charter School.
The Business and IT Building (pictured above) and the Student Union (pictured below) at Glendale Community College were two renovation projects completed in record
time while the campus and facilities remained completely open to student and faculty.
