Dear Parents, The new academic session 2015-2016 has commenced wef 6th April 2015 . In the light of reforms as effected by the CBSE in the education system and the demand of the education in this hi tech world , it becomes imperative for teachers and parents to be in close association in the educational pursuits of the students. The ongoing academic session started with a bench mark set by the students in Board Performances. Today, educational Institutions have tremendous responsibility of developing sense of right and wrong in the minds of future citizens, developing intellectual qualities in the world of globalization, preparing young minds to cope the changing world, to trigger curiosity and making teaching and learning process beyond books. Hence ,to be abreast with the changing education system, we brought many reforms in the classroom teaching, conduction of examinations and organizing Scholastic & Co scholastic activities etc. Through this Bi Annual report, you will be informed of our endeavors in various directions. Some have already borne fruits , some may do so in future, but we as Adityans start with an aim to do our bit for the society and will continue the same way . 1. Committed to Excellence :

Various National Level Olympaids will be undertaken for the students of classes I to XII during the ongoing academic session .

Mr Sunil Kumar Singh attended the Vice Principal’s workshop at Gyanodaya- Mumbai on 14th & 15th September 2015.

Union HRD minister has recognized with citations to all Secondary and Senior Secondary teachers for their excellent producing board results.

Regular improvement in Board Results . In 2015, 100% of class X students have taken Board Based SA-2 .

Children are participating in different Olympiads and National Genius Search Examination through CBSE.

Conduction of Twelve day Workshop on Vedic Mathematics through – PYRA-Group of Vedic Mathematics - Bhopal , during Summer Vacation.

Conduction of orientation program for the parents of newly admitted Nursery students.

ABMCL CHAIRMAN’S AWARD:

- Aditi Guglani and Akash Singh with 97.6% in AISSCE 2015 has been nominated for ABMCL Chairman’s Award of Rs. One Lakh each.

a) 32students of class X have been awarded with merit certificates by CBSE for scoring 10 CGPA in

the CBSE Class X Board Examination 2015. b) Adarsh Parashar is the topper of Shaktinagar FIITJEE centre . c) Aditi Guglani has cleared UP CPMT with AIR 53 , and AIIMS PMT -AIR 200 , which are the highest

ranks achieved by a ABPS -Renukoot student till date d) 32 students of class X scoring 10 CGPA in the CBSE Class X Board Examination 2015 which is a

bench mark. e) 97.6% scored by two students in class XII Board Examination of CBSE 2015 is also the highest agg

% age of ABPS-Renukoot till date . f) Five students of class XII 2015 , qualified NDA exam 2015 . g) Pratyush Saha of class X achieved 1st International Rank in the 17th SOF National Science

Olympiad during the academic year 2014-2015. The award includes cash prize of Rs.50000/- , Gold Medal and a citation.

h) Raj Sambhav represented the UP Chess Team at National Chess Championship at Thrissure from 4th Aug to 12thAug 2015.

i) Jahnavi Singh of Class 5 B , D/o Mr Vinod Kumar Singh, got 2nd place in UP Girls State Chess Championship and selected to represent UP Team in National Championship to be held at Pondicherry this month i.e July 2015.

3. Value Inculcation :

To promote communal harmony and national integration festivals from different religions are celebrated . This year we celebrated Raksha Bandhan, Vishwakarma Puja Dussehra, , Eid with fervor and Spirit.

National festivals i.e Independence Day & Gandhi Jayanti were the major events held in the

school.

Various House Activities and Inter- House Competitions were organized from time to time, thus

providing a pedestal to students for displaying their talents.

i) Introduction of YOGA for the students of classes VI to X and TAEKWONDO for the students of

classes I to XII.

ii) Introduction of Spiritual Talks through Bramkumari’s on regular basis for the students of classes VI

to XII.

iii) Performance by Ability Unlimited Foundation in the school to create awareness among the students

4. Environmental & Safety Concern:

Contributing towards the protection of degrading environment the school in collaboration with IOCL [ Indian Oil Corporation Limited ] organised Inter class competitions in the following categories :

a) English Essay Writing Competition for classes XI and XII, b) General Quiz for classes IX and X c) Painting and Drawing competition VI to VIII d) Regular sessions on First Aid and Mock drills of Fire Safety are been conducted by Company

Doctors and Fire & Safety Team .

e) Conduction of Social and Environment awareness programs on regular basis through District

Forest Department .

f) Regular sessions on Health & Nutrition are being conducted by the School Teachers.

g) Stage performance by the HR Team to bring in awareness for water and energy conservation.

h) Various Inter House Literary Activities for Senior , Middle and Primary Groups .

Administrative Developments :

We are proud to inform that Mr S.K.Jajoo , COO and Mr Satish Anand, Jt President – HR has joined the fraternity as Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively .

a. Two Primary Teachers joined the school wef 1st Sept 2015. b. Mr S.K.Banerjee , PGT Economics superannuated on 31/3/2015 after putting in 26 years of service

at ABPS. c. Introduction of SMS messaging system for regular information’s to parents besides E-mail

communication.

d. Maintenance of Students Anecdotal Records Class-wise.

e. The School has been designated by the CBSE as a Nodal centre for Evaluation of Board Answer

Books and Assessment of FA Evidences.

f. Upgradation of Primary Computer with advanced systems.

g. Renovation of all Boys and Girls Toilets. h. Introduction of monthly E- Magazine “Image” released by the students House wise .
