area and that is the growing development of Devenahalli. Devenahalli is very

high on the track of development because of the proposed ITIR (Information

Technology Investment Region) which is planned to be a space dedicated for

areas like Yelahanka and others have gained an exceptional importance with

This gives them the superb connectivity to the central Business districts of the city as well as the connection to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and they are close to the airport as well.

Apart from this there are many major IT industry players who are planning to build up their offices nearby. This will inevitably force the growth of the place along the corridor of the Ring Road from Hebbal and the road to the airport.

Along with this there were plans of the state government to convert the Devenahalli-Hebbal stretch in to a signal free carriage way for faster access to the international Airport.

With such monumental projects in the offing by the government to make Devenahalli an IT investment region and the construction work is already on to a great extent.

There are many major companies of the world and the nation who has agreed to set up their offices. The next is the international Airport and the next reason would be the infrastructure and connectivity improvement of the place.

The expert say that after the completion of all the proposed developments the picture of North Bangalore will change drastically and the land and property prices in and around the place will soar higher than any other areas of Bangalore.

To name one of the major IT Parks near Hebbal would be Manyata Embassy Business Park which is an IT SEZ located close to Hebbal flyover and on the Outer Ring Road.

This had been planned under National Highway Development Programme (NHDP) which is almost completed and this has also made the traffic congestion lessen to a considerable degree.

North Bangalore is an area on the East of Bangalore and all of us know that the area is famous for its concentration of IT companies in different IT parks and Special Economic Zones.

Undoubtedly North Bangalore has all types of realty products and apartments and villas catering to all the segments of the market.
