M-M-Max Headroom, who, even though it's hard to remember exactly where he came from, still embodies the 80s fascination with all things futuristic.

there was David "the Hoff" Hasselhoff and his dependable sidekick, Kit the car. And who could forget beloved Papa Smurf? He taught us so much in terms of how to live the good life and outsmart Gargamel. And how can we ever

forget- madonna!

To many, the 80s were a time of bad hair and even worse fashion. But to others it helped shape the way we as Americans live from day to day. Many stars from the 80s grew in our hearts and became even bigger stars in the world we live in today.

This cartoon helps show how outlandish people of the 80s would dress. I would assume that in the 80s this outfit would fit right in. But as the world changes, the 80s are frowned upon because of the lifestyle choices.

ConclusionThere are many benefits of the 80s- we

got Madonna, The rubics cube, the fitness craze, MTV, and even the discovery of the titanic. Along with this, we had a booming economy and sometimes interest even reached double digits. Sure, there were cons to the 80s.. Such as the tylenol murders and the horrible vocabulary, but all in all I believe that we can appreciate this time period for its unique way of sculpting America.
