Smoothie Bowls

There are sooooo many variations to smoothie bowls: I like to do it with soya or almond milk, banana, blueberries, strawberries, protein powder, and then sprinkle seeds and nuts on top, but you can add any other fruit you like.

Egg MuffinsThis is a seriously yummy recipe full of protein.

Just blend the eggs and add the spinach, cheese, tomato and bacon (you can leave the bacon out if you don’t eat meat or prefer it with less fat) and add a bit of seasoning (salt and pepper).

Then bake the eggs in muffin cups to create these delicious delights.

Poppy Seed PancakesTo do these amazingly tasty poppy seed pancakes, mix flour, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, lemon juice, butter (or olive oil), vanilla extract and poppy seeds.

Cook on a lightly greased griddle until lightly golden on both sides and then you can add banana, strawberries and honey on top.

With overnight oats, all the prep work is done the night before, which means that you’ll wake up next morning with a tasty healthy breakfast ready to eat. You can do a lot of variations to the milk you use and you can use different types of fruits and nuts, but the process is this one: • Add oats to the bottom of a mason jar

with a pinch of salt• Add your favourite yogurt on top• Add the fruits of your choice:

strawberries, bananas, raspberries, etc• Then cover with your milk of choice:

almond, coconut or cashew• Put the lid on the container, shake

everything together and let it sit overnight in the fridge.

If you like to eat bananas and cereals for breakfast, you’ll love this Banana Split Recipe. There are several ways to do this recipe, but this is my favourite:

In a bowl, mix your favourite yogurt with cereals (like muesli or granola) and fruit like blueberries or strawberriesCut a banana in halfAdd the mixture to the middle of the two halfs Tip: Put the yogurt in the freezer an hour before (while you take a shower and get dressed) so it gets the consistency of ice cream. Tip2: Add some chocolate sprinkles and serve it also at dinner as a dessert!

These energy bites are a very quick to prepare breakfast that doesn’t require any cooking and you can even take some with you to work or to the gym. To prepare:

Combine all 5 ingredients: peanut butter, oats, flax seed, honey and dark chocolate chips in a bowl and stir to combine

Put them in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and they’re ready to eat! You can also add shredded coconut, cranberries or cocoa powder.
