The 6th International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedical Engineering (iCBBE 2012) will be held from May 17th
to 20th, 2012 in Shanghai, China. The Conference is sponsored by IEEE Eng. in Medicine and Biology Society, Wuhan
University, Tongji University Gordon Life Science Institute, Engineering Information Institute etc. iCBBE 2012 will bring
together top researchers from Asian Pacific areas, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange research results
and address open issues in all aspects of bioinformatics and biomedical engineering.
The iCBBE 2012 conference proceedings will be published by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex
databases for indexing. The iCBBE conference proceedings (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) had all been included in IEEE
Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex.

第六届IEEE生物信息与生物医学工程国际学术会议将于2012年5月17日至20日在上海召开。会议由
IEEE医学与生物工程学会、武汉大学、同济大学、戈登生命科学研究所、工程信息研究院等多所高校和研
究机构共同举办。此次会议将聚集亚太、北美、欧洲乃至全世界知名专家学者，共同探讨生物信息和生物
医学工程领域的新成果及新议题。
ICBBE迄今已经成功召开五届，每届均在会后短期内被Ei核心检索。
会议论文集将由IEEE出版，所有被收录的会议论文将被Ei和ISTP双检索。
