Processing Payments Manually● Enter Payments into a Batch● Print out a Batch Report● Print out a Paying in Slip● Go to the Bank● Create upload file for accounting, or● Re-enter into accounting system

Processing Payments via EFT

● Enter Payments into thankQ● Batch Report and Paying in Slip (depending on payment and process)● Upload EFT file to Bank● Receive Results file and upload to thankQ● Create upload to Accounting system

EFT Options

● EFT options include New Zealand and Singapore● The following Banks are available in thankQ for EFT upload● Results file received is uploaded into thankQ

Processing Tokenised Payments

● Enter Tokenised Credit Card Payments● Create an EFT file with a Secure gateway such as

● SecurePay● Macquarie

● Payments marked successful or unsuccessful when gateway selected● Create Upload file to Accounting system
