WCF collects contribution from the employer annually (once a year).
At the first year, employers have to pay contri butions within3 0 days as fromthe date whenes
tablishments have 1 or more employees. For the next year, the employers have to pay c
ontributionwi thi nJanuary eachyear. They can pay via Bank , Post office and at SSO.
Contributions will be calculated in advance a t thebegi nni ngof the year.

Some Major Issues and Challenges (1)Reduce rate of work injury per 1,000
employees at lease 2% in each year (in 5 plan year of MOL).
Change industrial classification from 131 classifications to “TSIC” 551 classifications (Thailand Standard Industrial Classification).
Increase benefit in term of benefit payment : duration and the rate of benefit payment.
Develop IT system for linking with the Social Security System.
Develop actuarial valuation system of the fund.
Some Major Issues and Challenges (2)
Set up Occupational ClinicCooperate with government hospitals which are the center of each region.Contact hospitals implement proactive and reactive measures.Employees with work-related injury will have medical treatment in Occupational Clinic of the hospitals.Supporting budget for training of occupational medicine.
