Vietnam LRC Network

Each LRC is a new modern, American style of library & information center that were built thanks to financial support worth of $ 10 million from Atlantic Philanthropies

Missions:To support educational and training institutes to better achieve their missions: developing human resources, improving scientific research and promote technology transferring

• Translating good English open courses into Vietnamese
