2016 BENEFITS Notice: Texas Health Care, PLLC, sponsors several benefit plans for eligible employees. Individuals who are entitled to participate in the plans are also entitled to receive certain documents, such as summary plan descriptions and notices. These documents are important in describing your rights and responsibilities under each benefit plan sponsored by THC. Notification was made 08/30/2016 of the distribution of the 2016 Plan Year documents by electronic means to THC employees and physicians. 401K PLAN ENTRY Time is running out to change your elections for October 1st!! Employees identified have been notified by previous newsletter communication and Transamerica Enrollment notification that unless deferral is elected at a different amount (or employee chooses to opt out of the automatic enrollment feature prior to September 30th) employees identified below will be added to the plan for an automatic percentage rate of 4% on the first payroll check in October.

September Healthy Recipe: Blissful Banana Mousse Nutrition Facts: Calories: 94, Fat: 1g , Saturated Fat: 1g Ingredients: 2 T low-fat (1 percent) milk 4 tsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 medium banana, cut in quarters 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 8 banana slices (1/4-inch) Directions: Place milk, sugar, vanilla and banana in blender. Blend for 15 seconds on high until smooth. Pour mixture into a small bowl. Fold in yogurt. Chill. Spoon into dessert dishes.
