Voice Café Full Motion Video
Pros Cons
•No large upfront capital payment•Software based system which is updated on a regular basis•Longevity with lease
•No resale value as when lease is expired equipment is returned to company (e.g. Rogers)•Software based, therefore leasee is responsible for update of hardware
Costs
VSX 8000 Full Motion Video•$600 USD per division•Includes hardware and software
•$130/month per division plus the costs of hardware for each division•Software only
And the winner isPolycom’s VSX 8000
• From our analysis we find it clear that the best choice for PetPro is the VSX 8000
• Both products met all mandatory requirements, but we feel that with Polycom we get hardware specific software to get the best out of our purchase
