All chemical analysis results are based upon sample as received, wet weight, unless noted otherwise.All radiochemistry results are based upon sample as dried and ground with the exception of tritium,unless requested wet weight by the client.

This report is revised to report Chemistry data on a wet-weight basis~

Gamma Spectroscopy

The presence of Thorium 234/Uranium 238 indicate the presence of Proactinium 234m. TheProactinium 234m results were calculated above the MDA in the samples, however, the results maybe biased high due to the low abundance at keyline 1001.3 keV.Affected Samples:F9E070213 (1): E-65 UPPERF9E070213 (2): E-67 UPPERF9E070213 (3): E-74 UPPER

Reactive Cyanide
