Turkey hosted the world’s first Tulip Festival more than 400 years ago, the love for the Tulip and the tradition is still strong today. With more than 100 performers this weekend is a showcase of Turkish culture. Entertainment includes Turkish Folk Dancers and Musicians, Belly Dancing, Coffee Cup Reading, Mehter Band, Turkish Marbling and Calligraphy, delicious foods and more! The Tesselaar Tulip Festival

is a field of dreamsLess than an hours drive from Melbourne, is the heavenly Tesselaar Tulip Festival. Set on a working farm there is an unbelievable display of over half a million Tulips made up of more than a hundred different dreamy varieties.

Back in 1954 our Grandfather dreamt of creating an amazing floral festival and now, 57 years later his dream lives on. Come and see our field of dreams this spring. The colourful flowers are out of this world. There is amazing live entertainment daily, market stalls, a fantastical sculpture competition, themed and charity days as well as a wonderful amount of fun to be had.
