V I N I F I C A T I O N

The grapes are harvested exclusively at night between 4am and 9am to preserve the

aromatic potential of the grapes. Direct pressing of the grapes in the absence of oxygen

is followed by fermentation at low temperatures

TASTING NOTES

Classic dry Provence Rosé. Beautiful pale pink in color with aromas of rich, fresh fruits,

followed by hints of white flowers and minerals. This refined, delicate Rosé is both fresh

and delicious. A perfect wine for all occasions.

All of my memories of drinking rosé are happy ones... sunny patios, beautiful poolside

afternoons with friends and on vacations. It is almost impossible to conjure up an

unhappy rosé moment! I have been drinking Provence rosé for many years and was

inspired to make my own. Rose Gold was created out of love for rosé and when you

pour a glass on an afternoon with a friend you will find yourself transported to the

south of France where my own love for this beautiful pink French wine began.

Casey Barber is a native Texan and has been in Dallas now for almost twenty years. With a Master of Science from Baylor University, Casey spent the latter part of her twenties as a family nurse practitioner, her thirties at home raising her three children and now in her forties has harnessed a long time love of Provence rosé into her own business.
