Features

Page 10: Territory: 1.564.116 km² Population: 2.951.786 Youth percentage:35% under 18 GDP:$ 8.448 billion Mongolia

Transition period - Collapse of some good old practices, traditions,

Need to develop a Policy Manual for the after-school programs

Government has yet to join the initiative and develop a Youth National Program

Lack of collaborative efforts of government and NGOs in solving children and youth problems

Lack of hands-on information and resources on development issues

Problems, Concerns - Sharing ideas

Page 11: Territory: 1.564.116 km² Population: 2.951.786 Youth percentage:35% under 18 GDP:$ 8.448 billion Mongolia

All these issues are about to lead to the absence of ownership, respect, moral

principles, beliefs, and creativity among the youth hence creating a generation of

undisciplined, violent, hardhearted, and reliant young people

Therefore, there is an urgent need to launch a comprehensive package of initiatives

targeting the youth on the edge of obscurity.

Problems, Concerns - Sharing ideas
