TerraCoda Software, L.L.C. (TerraCoda) is a start-up company formed to produce easy to use software that increases productivity in the oil and gas industry.

TerraCoda provides real time enterprise land management, geo-spatial analysis tools, and best in class report generation and mapping solutions for the land, energy, realty, right-of-way procurement, and municipal markets.

TerraCoda is currently focusing on a problem most operators and brokers have with the land acquisition and lease hold process.

The Oil and Natural Gas industry accounts for 10 % of the US GDP with demand on the rise.

10’s of thousands of professional land men, GIS technicians and related support staff are working to secure lease hold and land acquisition on behalf of America’s E&P Companies.

This process of data collection, data management and the collaborative sharing creates a tangle of potential errors.

Our flagship SaaS product, Landman 360 is positioned to be the tool most widely used.
