DAY TRIPS If a participant cannot take a day trip he or she may resell the ticket to a member of the Bernard Betel Centre only. A non-refundable $10 administration fee will apply. All theatre tickets for musicals are located in the Orchestra Level. REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES Members must be in good standing and present their membership card at the time of making their reserva- tion and payment. You must be a current member of the Bernard Betel Centre at the time of registration and throughout the duration of the trip. There are no refunds for day trips, all sales are final. WAIVER The Bernard Betel Centre reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient registration. All monies will then be refunded. The Bernard Betel Centre also reserves the right to decline or detain anyone deemed detrimental to the group. The Ber- nard Betel Centre is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, death, inconvenience, or damage to per- son or property in connection with the provision and/ or escorting of the travel program. The Centre must have contact information for all travelers in the event an emergency. In the interest of others, the Centre reserves the right to refuse registration to person whose mobility is below that required for the travel program.
