8. Delivery basis CIF, Mumbai Port9. Packing & Forwarding The price is inclusive of Sea worthy

packing and forwarding charges. Theequipment shall be securely packedbefore despatch to ensure safe deliveryof same at Mumbai Port. All risk of lossor damage during the transit for anycause shall be borne by supplier.

Equipment for 12 months or 2000working hours from the date ofcommissioning or 18 months from thedate of dispatch whichever is earlier.

18.Liquidity Damage LD @ 0.5% per week subject tomaximum of 5% shall be to supplieraccount and shall be adjusted againstthe payment through LC

19.Performance Bank Guarantee Supplier shall arrange to establish PBGfor 10% of order value valid for 18months from the date of shipping dulyaccepted by the buyer from any schedulebank of India and the same will be partof document(s) to be presumed to bankagainst LC.

20.Other terms & condition a. Supplier shall arrangeinstallation and commissioningof the Equipment at site at their

own costb. Supplier Service engineers shall

be available at 48 hours noticeto site to attend to any servicecall free of cost within warranty

period & on charge basis afterthe warranty.

c. Supplier shall provide trainingfor 60 hours to the operator atsite free of cost.

d. If required supplier shall sendthe service engineer to India tooperate machinery and tooverhaul and maintain themachine for buyer at 50 USD per

day.

21.Catalogue/Manuals Along with Mucking Loaders, suppliershall also supply 2 sets each of spareparts catalogue, operation/maintenancemanual (soft copy & hard copy) on freeof charge basis

22.Inspection We reserve the right to inspect theMucking Loaders at your works before

despatch.

24.Jurisdiction The court in Mumbai alone shall haveexclusive Jurisdiction in respect of anymatter claim or dispute arising out of orin connection with order.
