How can parents help at home?

To deepen your child’s understanding of their inquiry, you could: v Discuss labels and packaging

when shopping with your child v Discuss the source of your food,

clothes and other household items

v Encourage your child to be active with household recycling and waste reduction

v Start a compost bin or worm farm

v Planting edible foods
