1. You need to read through the range of activities we have to offer you. You will see that next to each activity is a synopsis of what the activity entails. If you have any questions about the activities offered, please see the member of staff responsible either before school or at break / lunch.

2. Next, select 3 possible activities you want for Term 2. We aim to give you one of your 3 choices.

3. Double check you have chosen activities YOU want to do, and not what your friends want to do. This activity is for 12 weeks so you have to get the most out of it! Remember, it is about developing YOUR skills.

4. Complete the form on google docs via the link emailed to you before Wednesday 2nd December. Any sent after this deadline will be given whatever activities have spaces which may not be the ones you desired. Requests must be submitted using the official form.

Learn how to run to the beat, develop your own long distance pace, and prepare safely and fully for long distance runs of 5k Hard surface running training, along with diet, hydration tips and everything you need to know if you're going to run beyond the sports day track.

Have you ever wanted to trampoline? Can you trampoline? This session is a place you can come and show off your skills and learn new ones. You will do basic skills such as straight jumps, tuck jumps, straddle jumps, pike jumps and seat drops. Once you can do these skills you will move onto more advanced moves such as swivel hips, back drop, front drop, turn table, cradle and somersaults. Gain more confidence through the club.

This session will develop your confidence, understanding of world affairs, open mindedness and tolerance. This will achieved by teaching cultural awareness of a range of foreign French speaking countries from around the world and the teaching of some extra French speaking skills especially to KS4 students who need some extra support to face the speaking exam in the best possible state of mind. The students will do research projects about a range of French speaking countries from all around the world to discover their history and geography as well as their religion(s) and cultural traditions.

You will develop a thorough understanding of the magazine’s target audience and you will be able to analyse the market trends to create a visually appealing magazine.

Sessions from cooking on a budget to fun micro wave meals in mugs. Taught by a qualified chef – she believes everyone can cook. The sessions will includes making cinder toffee, toffee apples, cakes in mugs – even a whole meal in a mug. Participant will then eat their creations! What better way to end a day. Students must be prepared to clean up after them selves. And some recipes will involve bringing a mug from home. The course is able to cater for allergies / coeliac diets etc These sessions will cost £10 for the course and this can be paid in instalments
