- Terms and Conditions of Sale:
o Sale Price: Customer has not defined the selling price and it’s currently open to
receive offers.
o Payment Conditions: Payment in advance of 100% of the value offered and prior to
delivery.
o INEXLINK Commission: 5% of the final price of the transaction. This commission becomes
effective once the equipment is paid by the buyer to de selling
customer.
o Status: The Buyers accept that they acquire for themselves the equipment in
its state of conservation, which is known and accepted, without
guarantee, without returns, since it is used equipment.
o Delivery Conditions: This stock is delivered in the installations of the seller customer, La
Negra, Antofagasta. The cost of moving from mine site to La Negra
must be borne by the buyer.
o Visits: Given the health crisis, it is unlikely to be able to make visits.
o Equipment Location: Northern Side of Chile. La Negra (Antofagasta)
o Equipment Status: Used and Operative.
o Award Process: Offers will be received. In case your bid is pre-selected within a “short
list”, we will proceed to perform a “Due Diligence” which embraces
sending some information of your company, such as the constitution
of the company, certificate of good standing of the company, name
of the partners and directors, around others. The information will be
shared to the client in order to be considered at the moment to takes
the decision of adjudication.
o Adjudication: The selling customer will award the offer that best suits their needs
and at the time they deem convenient.
