Many of us think of our Jeeps as a trail vehicle, but it spends more time getting us and our family to and from places. The advantage and benefit of the TeraFlex Elite LCG suspension system for JK Wranglers is apparent the minute you put the pedal to the floor. With superior handling, responsive steering, ultimate off road performance, and customizable suspension geometry this system is miles ahead anything else out there. TeraFlex continues to dominate the off road market, and the Elite LCG reinforces that position.

The handling and performance of the Elite long arm system over any other kit - long or short on the market is simply amazing. The long upper and lower FlexArms work in tandem to provide synchronized suspension movement and articulation that does not bind or limit travel. The suspension travel is maximized through correct control arm geometry that reduces the extreme control arm angles, an inherent problem with short arm lifts. This correct geometry also eliminates most of the front-to-back movement of the axle as it cycles in its motion, keeping the wheel centered in the wheel-well through all suspension travel.

The new FlexArm mounting points properly address critical handling areas of anti-squat on the rear, and anti-dive on the front. A factory style 4-link suspension with trackbar provides the best handling and performance for on-road drivability and allows the JK to track tight through corners and at highway speeds. The trackbars pro-vide excellent lateral stiffness to keep the axle properly centered under the vehicle for the strongest suspension configuration possible.

The Low Center of Gravity philosophy has been implemented in this system to ensure that maximum ground clearance and suspension ability has been maximized while keeping the total center of gravity as low as possible for premium handling and control. The difference is immediate and the advantage is TeraFlex.

The CAD designed bracketry has been specifically engi-neered to provide maximum strength. Streamlined mount-ing points incorporate both upper and lower mounts in one bracket for simplified installation and seamless fac-tory styling.

Under extreme articulation the frame has a substantial amount of flex. The frame brace eliminates the flex and adds superior stiffness to the front steering system for no-ticeable response at highway speeds, and strength off road.

All control arms use the TeraFlex exclusive forged rod end housings loaded with spherical flex joints. Angled shanks provide maximum tire clearance for tight turning. Complete length adjustability allows for correct driveline and caster angles and alignment.

Proper suspension geometry addresses roll center, trackbar angles and alignment speci-fications. The rear trackbar kit properly aligns the rear suspension to return to center and control sway at speeds, and to work in unison with the front suspension.

Articulation with the LCG system’s 4-link with trackbar is unmatched. The trackbar when combined with the frame brace eliminates unneces-sary frame flex, and front end shimmy. The drivability with the Monster trackbar is unparalleled.

Elite LCG JK 6” Long Arm Suspension System

The TeraFlex Elite LCG 6” Long Arm System is the ultimate in both style and performance. Long-term testing yielded intense, inclusive, detailed suspension geometry engineering and development, to provide optimal handling and perfor-mance. Some major suspension areas that were addressed include: Anti-dive for proper front braking, Anti-squat for proper power to wheels suspension move-ment, and several improvements to the front and rear roll centers. The Elite LCG features adjustable tuning, and is accomplished through fully adjustable upper and lower long FlexArms that allow pinion, caster, anti-squat, and tire position configurations to be modified.

Note: Driveshaft modifications are required on all JK Wranglers & Unlimiteds with this suspension system.

This kit is designed to fit up to 38” tires (aftermarket wheels with 4.5” backspac-ing or less is required). Fits 4 door JK Wranglers. Not recommended for 2 door JKs - will cause extreme driveline angles.

Elite LCG JK 4” Long Arm Suspension System

The core of the Elite LCG Long Arm Kit is found in the heavy duty brack-etry— precision CNC cut and formed from ¼” steel plate with fully gusseted and reinforced welds. The simple design is incorporated flawlessly with the frame and provides OE streamlined styling. Simple, straight forward installation is handled with frame locating holes in all bracketry prior to stitch-welding the brackets in their permanent location. Lower FlexArms feature 2” OD x .281 wall DOM with fully welded heavy duty bushing eyelets for superior rigidity and durability against the rocks.

The TeraFlex Elite LCG 3” Long Arm Kit for the JK Wrangler is the perfect solu-tion for aggressive trail users looking for the most advanced long arm system available with a lift height that keeps the center of gravity as low as possible, while giving you virtually the same performance gains as the 4” or 6” systems. The TeraFlex Elite LCG 3” Long Arm Kit is designed to fit up to 35” tires (after-market wheels with 4.5” backspacing or less is required). Fits both 2 door and 4 door JK Wranglers.

The TeraFlex Elite LCG Long Arm Upgrade Kit is designed as an upgrade to a current suspension system. The 2.5” TeraFlex budget boost is the most economical lift for the JK Wrangler. The budget boost is designed for JK owners who wish to lift their vehicle without many modifications. The budget boost will increase off-road performance. Sev-eral innovative features of the TeraFlex budget boost are found in our exclusive spring retention spacers that do not allow the spring to drop out during extreme articulation.

SPRING HEIGHT MEASUREMENT AND FRONT RAKE ADJUSTMENTThe JK Wrangler comes from the factory with a pre-determined amount of front rake (the front end sits lower than the rear about 1.5°). We have designed our front coil springs to eliminate this fac-tory rake. This means that a lift kit after installation when measured & compared to factory measurements will be lifted more in the front than the rear, to level out the vehicle. In addition, we estimate that additional aftermarket components will be added to the vehicle (such as a winch, bumpers, racks and larger spare tire). We attempt to have our suspensions sit at or close to the

advertised lift height with all of the aftermarket components included on the vehicle. This means that each vehicle may not perfectly match the specified lift height. Please take this into consideration when mea-suring the actual lift height that you achieve with our JK suspensions. We also offer a wide range of leveling spacers to adjust the JK ride height to suit your unique requirements. Note that 2 door JK’s will experience about 1 inch of additional lift than the 4 door JK’s with the same lift springs.

TeraFlex has the perfect solution to level out a loaded vehicle. These spacers are designed to work in stock configuration, or with a lifted vehicle. The spacers are available in 1/2”, 1” or 2” lift increments depending on your needs. The rear spacer also incorporates our industry exclusive spring retainer and guide that helps to realign the spring to its proper location during extreme articulation without fear of the spring falling out. All spacers are sold individually and will fit both 2 door JK Wranglers and 4 door JK Unlimiteds, and all JK Rubicon models. Sold individually.

The TeraFlex Engineering department really earned their wages on these bumpstops. These bumpstops are the easiest on the market to install, and retain the factory microcellular bumpstop to progressively absorb impact. Upgrade your bumpstops and get the TeraFlex advantage!

The TeraFlex S/T Swaybar System is a simplified version of the Dual Rate. It provides the superior highway swaybar for street driving with no resistance off-road when disconnected. The S/T Swaybar System is designed for those that do not want any torsion resistance when off-road. A simple twist of the knob releases the torsion bar, and allows unrestricted movement. Simply twist again, and you are ready for the highway! Fits all JK Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited.

The TeraFlex Trail S/T Swaybar System provides trail-tuned torsion resistance when off-road. Fits all JK Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited.

The Dual Rate features two torsion bars, one for heavy duty highway handling and one tuned for off road articulation. The trail swaybar offers some resistance, but just enough to limit excessive body roll when in off camber and sidehill situations. To disengage the swaybar with the S/T system, simply twist a knob and you are on your way. To re-engage, rotate the knob again and the swaybar will self engage when the vehicle is level. Fits all JK Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited.

This is NOT recommended for daily street-driven vehicles, and is intended for trail specific vehicles (this swaybar does not provide adequate highway anti-roll swaybar characteristics).

The heavy duty street sway-bar is designed to offer more resistance than the stock swaybar for superb highway control and handling. The torsion bar is constructed of 35 spline, heat treated 4130 chromoly steel for fatigue resistance.

The trail swaybar is designed to offer the perfect amount of anti-roll when off road. This keeps the Jeep® stable and allows side hills and off cam-ber maneuvers without loss of vehicle control. Constructed of 22 spline, heat treated 4130 chromoly steel.

The swaybar knob is ergonomically designed to make engagement and dis-engagement a breeze. No dirty or greasy hands. Just rotate clockwise for trail use, and counter-clockwise for street use.

The Dual Rate S/T features an internal bushing that allows both swaybars to rotate independently of each other when in the trail position. The bushing eliminates any play for tight working tolerances.

The forged high clearance swaybar arm allows for maximum wheel travel during articulation and eliminates most tire interference with the swaybar. The forged arm increases overall strength, es-pecially side loading situations during articulation.

It will be necessary to use a combination of standard bumpstop extensions, and the SpeedBumps to properly bumpstop the vehicle. Specific attention to wheel offset, tire diameter, tire width, fender flare clearance, and collapsed shock length is critical. The TeraFlex JK specific wheel spacer is designed for those desiring to retain their stock wheels, but need to run larger tires. The wheel adapter & spacer will allow the use of a 5x4.5” or 5x5.5” bolt pattern wheel with JK axles. The offset adapters are machined from solid billet steel and come with wheel studs pressed in. When running aftermarket wheels or larger tires it is neces-sary to extend the mounting point of the wheel from the vehicle. This simple bracket allows you to accomplish that task. It is a simple bolt-on kit.

The TeraFlex RockGuard Epic front bumper for the JK Wrangler is designed to offer ultimate rock protection, and match the refined design styling of the vehicle’s body. Usually mud flaps are a nuisance and can not be easily removed for off road use, but this heavy duty mud flap kit is easily installed, and when it’s time for off road use they are easily removed by pulling a pin. They can be stored in the back of the vehicle, and installed before returning to the highway. The mud flaps will fit most vehicles. Some drilling is required.

The TeraFlex PRO LCG suspension system is designed for the aggressive off road enthusiast that wants the best suspension performance for both rock crawling and high speed performance. The PRO system allows the vehicle to tackle the toughest rock crawling trails of Moab, and speed on the dunes at Glamis with balanced suspension movement. The PRO system is the best Dual-Sport system allowing complete suspension movement, with controlled handling at highway speeds.

The PRO system uses the TJ traditional front five-link suspension configuration, but expands the performance. Our front upper arms are over 9” longer than stock arms and will withstand the abuse and stress that are common with extreme trail vehicles. The rear suspension is a 4-link triangulation, where the upper factory short arms are replaced by much longer triangulated upper arms with a top mounted truss at the axle, eliminating the need for a rear trackbar. The rear upper bracketry feature adjustable anti-squat tunability, to fine tune suspension.

High Steer System- For LCG Series Suspensions

The TeraFlex high steer system was originally designed to be used with our top of the line suspension system, the MAX LCG, which utilizes a front 4-link triangulation (eliminating the trackbar). This High Steer Kit is the same system that comes with the MAX LCG kit. The TeraFlex high steer system will beef up the essential steering components of your Dana 30 front axle. NOTE: The high steer system is not an all inclusive kit. Additional modifications will be required that are not included in the TeraFlex high steer system. These modifications may include front swaybar links, front trackbar mounting, and offset wheels.

HD Tie Rod Flip Kit Upgrade

The newest addition to the TeraFlex High Steer system will allow the tie rod to be ‘flipped’ over the knuckle to increase ground clearance and provide additional protection for the tie-rod. Owners of The TeraFlex High Steer Kit can upgrade to the new ‘flip’ kit providing them an additional 3” of tie rod clearance. HD Tie Rod & Drag Link Assemblies

These heavy duty tie rod and drag link kit is designed to upgrade any TJ, YJ, XJ, or ZJs steering system utilizing the TeraFlex High Steer Knuckle. It is constructed of 1-1/2” hexagon 6061 T6 aluminum, which has a higher specific strength than 1018 steel. It also has a yield strength of 45,000 lbs. but is 3 times lighter than steel. The aluminum will also deflect 3 times further than steel, while returning to its original shape. The hexagon shape makes tightening jam nuts simple by using a 1-1/2” wrench to hold the tube. The stock taper rod ends will fit Dana 30 knuckle holes, the large taper will fit the larger 60 type knuckles, as are used in Tera’s HD axle line. Note: This tie rod/drag link kit is intended for use with the TeraFlex Dana 30 High Steer Knuckle.

The high steer trackbar kit is designed to be used in conjunction with our high steer kit. This kit will allow you to fine tune the drag link & trackbar angles to eliminate and correct bumpsteer or other front end issues. The kit includes an upper frame bracket, lower axle bracket, and adjustable trackbar. Both brackets feature multiple mounting holes to fine tune for lift height and drag link position. This kit is designed to put the trackbar parallel with the draglink.

Heavy Duty Tie Rod Ends

Tera has developed heavy duty tie rod ends that utilize a one-ton joint end, and are available in either a stock Jeep® taper or a large one-ton taper (standard Dana 60). The stock taper rod ends will fit Dana 30 knuckle holes. The large taper will fit the larger 60 type knuckles, as are used in Tera’s HD axle line. Additionally the tie rod ends are available with an offset (for use with applications where differential interference may occur with the tie rod).

It is the perfect solution to protecting the underside of your Jeep® and attaches easily to the BellyUp Skid Plate. It is laser cut from 3/16” steel and powder coated for durability.

The HD Oil Pan Skid Plate is another way to protect the underside of your ve-hicle. It fits all TJ Wranglers from 1997-2006 and is the perfect addition to your other TeraFlex Rock Guard components. The TeraFlex S/T Swaybar System is a simplified version of the Dual Rate. It provides the superior highway swaybar for street driving with no resistance off-road when disconnected. The S/T Swaybar System is designed for those that do not want any torsion resistance when off-road. A simple twist of the knob releases the torsion bar, and allows unrestricted movement. The TeraFlex Trail S/T Swaybar System provides trail-tuned torsion resistance when off-road. The Dual Rate S/T Swaybar System gives you the best of both worlds. Engaged in the ‘street’ position, the bar allows for a stable highway drive. Disconnected in the ‘trail’ position, it allows your vehicle to articulate and your tires to bite despite the terrain with balanced suspension travel. The Dual Rate features two torsion bars, one for heavy duty highway handling and one tuned for off road articulation. The trail swaybar offers some resistance, but just enough to limit excessive body roll when in off camber and sidehill situations. To disengage the swaybar with the S/T system, simply twist a knob and you are on your way. To re-engage, rotate the knob again and the swaybar will self engage when the vehicle is level. The custom engineered HD TJ Hemi motor mounts are laser cut from 1/4” steel and houses a OEM quality rubber bushing that will withstand the horsepower and torque delivered by the Hemi engine. The rubber bushing will provide superior vibration control and will also keep the engine placed at the proper angle for drive-train compatibility. The custom weld on motor mounts provide the best solution for strength and dependability over universal bolt in mounts that have the potential to shear from the frame under high torque and high horsepower loads.

The 5.7 Hemi uses a drive-by-wire system that involves some pedal modification. Our Hemi gas pedal bracket will make this modification as easy as possible, and will save valu-able time when performing the engine conversion. The bracket is precision laser cut and formed.

After going to all the time and effort to perform a Hemi engine swap make sure that you protect it with the BellyUp skidplate. The BellyUp provides maximum ground clearance,- providing over 2” additional clearance than stock. Ultimate protection is achieved through the 1/4” steel that is precision laser cut and formed to increase and maximize stiffness. Note: This kit provides the maximum amount of ground clearance possible, but requires some fine tuning and adjustment to eliminate driveshaft vibration.

This bracket kit is designed to work with our alumi-num hex tie-rod & drag link tubing used in our High Steer Kit. Combine this kit with the above steering stabilizer to complete your steering system.

Increases your shock options by eliminating the need for a bar pin, and forget about replacing broken bar pins. It installs simply in the place of a bar pin with included hardware. Fits TJ Wranglers, XJ Cherokees, and ZJ Grand Cherokees. Note: This part can change the length require-ments of the shock by as much as one inch.

We set the standard in Wrangler performance with our adjustable FlexArm that offered performance features never before seen. We have now delivered the next generation of control arms and components with our Monster Series HD Rod Ends. We designed a superior FlexArm that addressed and solved some of the limitations of our original FlexArm. The new Monster FlexArm offers superior tubing strength and the largest interchangeable and rebuildable ends ever. TeraFlex Monster FlexArms are available in three different end options to meet the needs of the daily driver to the extreme trail vehicle. The three different end options include—rubber bushing, steel rod end, and urethane rod end. The Monster ends feature a shank that is 5” long for maximum adjustability and strength (the industry standard 1-1/4” heim has only 1-1/2” of shank). The one-piece forged ends provide 2” of total adjustment. This makes it possible to have up to four inches of fine tuning per arm for adjustment to get your suspension set up the way you need it. A greaseable Zerk keeps the joints properly lubricated preventing seizing under the most dirty and muddy situations. The arms are constructed of 2” or 1-3/4” diameter .281-wall DOM tubing. The Monster arm ends can be utilized as a replacement or upgrade to many popular control arms that utilize a 1-1/4”, 12 threads-per-inch heim joint end. Custom ‘Builders Corner’ tubing is available in lengths of four-inch increments.

MONSTER FLEXARMS

The chrome plated ball provides extreme corrosion resistance and incorporates a smooth sliding surface to reduce bushing friction and heat buildup and extend maximum bushing life. Increased shoulder width provides secure mounting.

The simplified forging increases hous-ing strength and eliminates excess parts. The innovative housing design utilizes a single snap ring to simplify the entire assembly process.

Forged Bushing Wall Dampening Bushings Premium Zinc Plating

Interlocking fingers provide a flow-through grease channel for proper lubrication to maximize bushing life. Vibration dampening polyurethane ma-terial reduces road noise, eliminates clunks, and keeps proper position for maximum articulation during travel.

The high strength forged housing is CNC machined to exacting tolerances for ultimate performance and durability. Zinc plating will ensure that these toler-ances are maintained and preserved for the life of the rod end. Standard 1-1/4” x 12tpi threads.

TeraFlex Monster Arms have five inches of total thread length. The industry standard 1-1/4” rod end has only 1-1/2” of thread length. This additional length allows for up to 4 inches of custom FlexArm length adjustment.

TeraFlex Monster FlexArms offer the ultimate in performance, durability and strength. The urethane and steel rod ends provide a full 30 degrees of mis-alignment for maximum range of motion as the suspension cycles.

When a quiet street ride and vibration free driving are required, the rubber bushing ends will give you the feel you want. The rubber bushing will provide the most noise and vibration dampening characteristics possible. Weldable Insert Ends These weldable threaded inserts make custom link building simple and easy. Weld the insert to control arm length tubing. Weldable inserts are available to fit our large (1-1/4” 12 tpi.), medium & small (7/8” 18 tpi.) Monster ends. The large inserts require a minimum of 1.5” ID tubing and the medium/small inserts require a minimum of 1-1/8” ID tubing.

This small rubber Monster end is designed as a trackbar end, and will provide maximum road dampening characteristics for highway handling. The incorporated rate plate provides superior stiffness for responsiveness and handling control. The end utilizes a 7/8” x 18 tpi. shank and uses a 10mm bolt.

Change a CJ or Scout’s 2.6:1 stock ratio to a true, 4.0:1 low-range ratio. This low-range gear replacement kit benefits from the Dana 300’s strength and durabil-ity. It allows the Jeep® owner to enhance trail performance by maximizing the crawl ratio. Installation of this kit into your transfer case will increase your crawl ratio by 50 percent. Because of the additional gear reduction when in low range, engine RPMs should be kept under 2500 (remember the planetary is turning at 4 times that rate 2,500 x 4.0 = 10,000 RPM). The Extreme Short Shaft kit is what short wheelbase Wrangler owners have been dreaming of for decades. The Extreme kit not only improves on strength, but also increases driveshaft lengths by up to 7” over a stock application. It is over 3” shorter than a standard SYE kit, and 1-1/2” shorter than an ATLAS II. The Extreme SS kit comes with all necessary components to modify the stock 231 case. Speedometer readings are transferred through a tone ring and electronic sensor. Changing your ring and pinion ratio and/or tire size will cause an inaccurate reading of your speedometer. Replacement of the speedometer gear is a simple procedure that takes minutes to complete. The chart below lists ring and pinion ratios and tire size. Simply select the proper con-figuration of your vehicle from the chart. An accurate speedometer reading is important both on and off road when detailing travel routes and for on highway safety.

Factory speedometer variances are ±3% from actual speed. Recommended speedometer driven gears are based on a manufacturer’s published tire specs for revolutions per mile. This may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer.

The Extreme Short Shaft kit does not use a cable-driven ‘speedometer gear’ to calibrate the speed of the vehicle. It uses a digital signal reading (similar to 03+ Rubicon). This allows a more accurate reading. The chart below gives you the configuration of your vehicle by comparing tire size and axle ratio. If your selection of tire size and gear ratio do not yield a result that is within the green accept-able range a converter box will be necessary to make any calibration adjustments.

Factory speedometer variances are ±3%. The green highlighted area indicates the acceptable range within factory specs. Anything outside of this range may require some additional calibration using a converter box.

Most 231 transfer cases came from the factory with a slip-yoke rear output (see the bottom photo). This slip yoke will slip in and out of the rear of the transfer case as the suspension cycles up & down. When driveshaft angles are changed due to suspension height or suspension travel the slip yoke is forced to operate at an angle and can cause binding, and in some situations will crack the case. Driveshaft angle is very critical and must be addressed when making any suspension modifications. An extreme driveshaft angle will cause vibration and premature u-joint failure if not upgraded.

A Short Shaft kit, or Slip Yoke Eliminator solves the short driveshaft length, allows driveshaft removal in the event of a u-joint failure without loss of fluid, and increases the output shaft strength dramatically allowing for increased power and torque to be transferred to the wheels for traction.

TERA CRD60R

The CRD60R provides high clearance for the trail, reinforced bearing caps for added strength, and a custom mounting pad on top for three- or four-link suspensions or torque control struts, and Constant Radius Design provides high ground clearance that is unaffected by pinion angle adjustments. The CRD60R’s front pinion bearing pocket has a renewable oil reservoir that replenishes as you drive and keeps a reserve of oil that constantly bathes the pinion bearing in cooling oil, something that no other high pinion axle can offer. Oil from the ring gear cre-ates a halo in all differentials and does not fling until higher speeds are reached. The CRD60R has a built in “skimmer” that cuts the halo and forces oil up to the pinion bearings. Maximum housing oil capacity (over 3 qts.) ensures cool operation for extended highway driving. The front pinion bearing is larger than any axle on the market today. This feature helps the pinion carry the heavy loads placed on it in rear applications.

The CRD60R incorporates a cast oil skimmer in the center section to increase oil flow to the pinion bearings. Tera’s exclusive skimmer forces maximum lubrication at essen-tial points of the axle to help ensure durability.

The CRD60R’s CRD smooth bottom design provides the most ground clearance and is virtually unaffected by pinion angle, allowing it to glide over rocks and obstacles. The rotated cover line allows higher pinion angles without risk of damage.

The CRD60R axle allows the use of a larger higher load bearing while still maintain-ing the factory seal. Other ‘high performance’ axles use a standard front bearing. However, in rear applications, this bearing receives the high-est load. The oil seal is easily removed for easy gear set up.

Designed for maximum strength, the CRD60R’s side bearing caps are the thickest possible to virtually eliminate flex and distortion, one of the leading failure areas of other 60 products. The HD thick bearing caps assist the dif-ferential’s core strength.

The JK specific heavy duty bear-ing pockets allow the factory JK brakes to be reused. The bearing pockets retain the use of the factory ESP and speedometer sensors.

The integrated sway bar mount attaches to the rear lower control arm mount, and offers three mounting positions to give you the proper sway bar link length without having to purchase new sway bar links.

This kit will provide your TJ wrangler rear disc brake conversion with a new emergency brake cable. This cable will not work with stock drum brakes, and will only work with the TeraFlex Disc Brake Kit, or factory Jeep® disc brake kits after 2003. Sold individually, order two for a full axle. Steel Braided Brake Lines These DOT approved stainless steel braided brake lines are designed for most late model Jeep® applications. These stainless line kits will prevent line expansion, thereby giving a much firmer-feeling pedal. Front brake lines come in pairs, the rear is a single line. All brake lines measure longer than stock for additional brake line length. All stainless brake lines are made to MVSS-1006 specifications.

Disc Brake Flex Line Kit Finish the brake line system when installing a disc brake con-version on any vehicle. D60 Ball Joint Set

These ball joints are designed as a factory replacement set for front Ford Dana 60 axles. They work with Tera HD inner and outer knuckles. Ball joint sets are sold in pairs (one side). Two sets required for a complete axle.

Our inner knuckles are de-signed for use with TeraFlex HD axle assemblies, or other one ton Dana 60 applications. They are constructed of the same high quality ductile iron as our differential housings. Knuckles are machined for 3” OD axle tubing.

TJ/YJ/XJ U-Bolt Yoke Conversion

The U-bolt conversion kit replaces the yoke and changes the OEM strap/nut with a stronger U-bolt style connector. The conversion is not only stronger but makes u-joint changes easier after breakages.

Wheel Offset Adapters The wheel adapter will provide a 1.25” offset for factory wheels for additional tire clearance when turning. The wheel spacer is not intended for wheels wider than 8” or aftermarket wheels with less than 4” of backspacing.

The tow strap is designed for those ‘unlikely’ situations where you have to pull out the strap - for your friend of course. The strap features a 20,000 lb. rating with red ‘stress thread’ for a visible warning of potential strap failure. It measures 30’ long x 2” wide, with reinforced stitched loop ends. The tree strap was designed to use as a winch point from a tree without damag-ing the tree. It has plenty of strength and flex to pull you out of those tough places while leaving mother nature intact. 3” x 7’

TeraFlex axles are covered by the TeraFlex Inc. 12-month warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover or include product finish, improperly installed or applied products, improperly maintained products, products used for racing or competition or damage due to abuse or neglect. All returns must be accompanied by an original invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the product from the vehicle. Inbound shipping charges (from you to us) are the responsibility of the customer. TeraFlex Inc. will pay the return freight.
