What makes today unique is it marks the first-ever Rock ʻN Tennis Dual Format for the host Spartans in the Chlapaty Recreation and Wellness Center. Head coach Bryan Mours will be splitting time as coach and disc jockey throughout the two-hour matches with low-to-medium sound to create a lively atmosphere for everyone involved. This is a NCAA sponsored event and itʼ s goal is try to promote and raise student attendance at collegiate tennis meets. It all adds up to an intoxicating mix of gladiatorial sport and quality Division III tennis in front of a raucous crowd, who seem constantly on the move, rushing out to feast on free pizza beginning at 2:00 p.m. before returning to cheer the Spartans in their 2011 home opener.

The University of Dubuque men's tennis team willmake history today when it hosts Edgewood Collegeand Knox College in a double dual meet format. Whatmakes today unique is it marks the first-ever Rock ʻNTennis Dual Format for the host Spartans in theChlapaty Recreation and Wellness Center.
