TENDER NOTICE FOR HIRING OF VECHIClE

A SealedTender is invited for hiring of 1 (One) no. vehicle for High-Tech Nursery purpose fromthe reputed traders/institutions/Organizations to participate in the bidding as per following format:

Terms & Conditions

1. Vehicle owner should be shown valid commercial permit of the vehicle including GSTregistration.

2. The vehicle should have minimum two years experience with Govt. Department/GovernmentAutonomous Bodies/Undertakings Organization.

3. The bidder must submit self attested valid Insurance, Pollution certificate, RegistrationCertificate, TaxClearance& Driving Licenceetc. along with the Tender.

4. Only the owner of the vehicle can participate in the tender and the vehicle should not beolder than 01-04-2020.

5. The vehicle will be engaged initially for 6(six) months and will be extended based on thesatisfactory performance.

6. EMD for Rs.3000/- in the form DO drawn in favour of SDFO, Manu is to be submittedalongwith the tender.

7. The envelope containing the quotation should be properly scaled and subscripted bold letteron the top as "QUOTATIONOF VEHICLE-Mahindra Bolero" be dropped in the tender boxwhich is kept in the office premises from 16-09-2021 to 30-09-2021 upto 3.00 pm.

8. Date of opening 30-09-2021 at 4.30 pm in the office of the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer,Manu.

9. Interested bidders, their authorized representative may remain present during opening of theTender.

10. No Tender will be received or accepted after the due date and time asmentioned above.11. Tender should be dropped in the specific tender box provided in the % theSDFO, Manu.12. Ceiling'of overtime chargeswould be paid as per the Government approved rate.13. The vehicle should in absolutely good running conditions.14. The vehicle will be normally engaged in Government working days but if required vehicle may

be required on holidays also.~ 15. The vehicle will have to run in all weather and on all kinds of roads in plain and hill areas.0' 16. The vehicle should be kept in the office garageof office of the SDFO,Manu.

~ 17. The vehicle must be fitted with kilometre reading meter in good condition.

20. In case of failure of placement of the vehicle on any days by the owner, the SDFa, Manu mayhire another vehicle for the days/period as the case may be. The cost involved in this case willbe recovered from the owner of the contractor vehicle.

21. The SDFO, Manu reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning anyreason.

22. The tender/Quotation may be cancelled by SDFO, Manu any time at any stage withoutassigning any reason.

23. No correspondence shall be entertained with any applicants after opening of Quotation,except with successful bidder. .

24. No appeal shall lay in any court of law in connection with this invitation of tender/quotationand matters related to.
