Ten-Step Prescription for ResilienceDennis S. Charney, MD, Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Dean of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and President for Academic A�airs of the Mount Sinai Health System, is an expert in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. His work has led to the discovery of new approaches for treatment of depression. He has also focused on the science of resilience and describing the steps that people can take to bounce back after encountering di�culties.
