(Techniques may vary from person to person however most people will use arms for leverage and hanging, and legs for force to move up the wall. Support the bulk of body weight on feet. Rest the edges of feet or the point of big toe on climbing holds.) 4. Reach desired distance 5. Communicate with Belay to be lowered. 1
