Holly is the heart and soul of Tempest (and possibly our favourite person).

She keeps the free-pizza lunches flowing, the residents’ events popping – and most importantly the toilet/lift facilities working.

When you’re at work, you sometimes need a bit of space to focus. Or just somewhere bright and fresh to throw around ideas.

There’s loads of choice at Tempest, with co-working on the ground floor, ultra-modern meeting rooms in the basement, a lush garden on the roof and even a café-bar if coffee helps to keep it flowing.

Our favourite space is the roof garden. It has naturally become the space where everyone comes together (especially on a sunny day).

It’s available to rent out for meetings, networking events and launches! But really, it’s a beautiful place to eat your lunch with a view of the Mersey.

We have a café-bar on the ground floor which keeps our residents well fed and watered. And in the evening they host live music and quiz nights for the Tempest community.

The best bit is, if you’re based at Tempest, then you have a resident discount.

Start the day with a bit of yoga as the sun rises over Liverpool. With wellbeing at the heart of our community, it’s a great way to keep your team sharp and at its best.

All residents of Tempest receive free access to our yoga, pilates and meditation classes, which are held in the morning and at lunch.
