HOT AIR COLD STAKE TECHNOLOGY

Hot Air Cold Stake (HACS) technology from TELSONIC UK offers a cost effective method of joining and assembling components. This is achieved using state of the art heater technology and manifold distribution, combined with multi-cavities for high levels of productivity. HACS technology still provides the benefits of a consistent and controllable process for each and every cycle
Today’s hot air cold staking technology is designed to meet the demands of high quality and performance, whilst keeping capital investment costs to a minimum.
TELSONIC offers a range of systems designed around a proven concept and capable of operating on a wide variety of different applications in a high production environment.
TELSONIC has over 30 years experience in the design and manufacture of equipment for welding thermoplastics, including extensive knowledge of the staking and riveting process.
Hot Air Cold Stake (HACS) Technology• A simple, reliable and cost effective process
• Ideally suited to plastic riveting & swaging applications
• Built in process control features ensure consistent quality
• Motorised slide transfers part between process stages. This is key for safety and accurate positioning
• Systems fully guarded for operator safety - options are available on pull down door or lightguards etc.
• Simple and intuitive touchscreen control with password protection
• Heater temperature can be controlled via touchscreen
• Floor mount or bench top machine configurations available
Five Simple Steps to Successful Joining
• Operator loads part to location nest
• Nest is indexed to the heating station and mechanically locked in position
• Heated component is indexed to the staking station
• Staking operation is completed
• Nest returns to the operator for unload & re-load
TELSONIC HACS systems are built to the same rigorous standards which we apply to all of our equipment. We use industry leading propriatory components to ensure both reliable operation and ready availability of spares in the event of a breakdown.

Telsonic HACS systems are designed to withstand the rigours of high volume multi-shift (24-7) operation, maintaining repeatability at all times.
