Opportunity: This is a mid-level Sales and Distribution (SD) analyst position that will analyze issues anddevelop/implement solutions for the Teleflex organization as part of the Global ERP SupportTeam. This position is expected to be a primary contributor in SD issue resolution andproactive solution development.

Division Information: The Corporate division is the central operating unit of the company setting strategy and policyand providing business development, finance, human resources, information technology,investor relations and legal support to the businesses. Company headquarters are locatedjust outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA.

Position Description: Key Responsibilities:•Develop skill sets in both SAP and the Order to Cash (OTC) or Order Fulfillment (OF)functional area•Contribute to the development/configuration and maintenance of application systems byparticipating in meetings with users to determine their system requirements•Analyze, evaluate, and modify existing or proposed systems and related devices.•Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and develop understanding ofthe business implications of the application to the current and future business environment.•Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and comply withTeleflex standards.•Participate in functional SD and/or technical SD reviews and walks-through of IT designdocumentation with the development and the design team members.•Provide SD/OF expert support on OTC business processes.•Evaluate, develop, test, and implement the release of system changes according to theTeleflex validation procedures.•Deliver consistently high quality service and solutions that meet business requirements andensure goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.•Recognize, analyze, and solve system or applications problems as they are encountered.

•Participate in projects and rollouts of the application (either on full-time or part-time basis).•Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration forthe success of the team, project, or task.

Requirements: Basic Qualifications:•BA/BS in IT required. Demonstrated super-user experience with SAP may be considered inlieu of a degree.•Minimum of 4 years SAP configuration or super-user experience. Experience in a FDAregulated environment preferred.•Experience in large scale projects or implementations•Understanding of Master Data in SD/OTC/OF area of experience•Intercompany and Global SD design experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint•Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills•Proven ability to think strategically and to be creative in task completion•Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and take actions based on understandingand judgment of all factors involved and based on independent interpretation and applicationof various disciplines involved•Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure and to manage multipleconcurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities•Ability to inspire confidence among senior leaders and to provide value addedcommunication•Ability to work in a virtual environment
