Everyone attending the Mothers Day Dance was amazed by the beautiful white orchids adorning the stage. Upon arriving to the Dance, the ladies received a lovely rose. The oldest Mother present, “Mrs. Lisa Horacek”, was honoured with a gor-geous Bouquet of Red Roses. A beautiful poem was presented by Ursula Hoffmann, which certain-ly touched the hearts of many. There was lots of excitement with the Raffle (Tombola). One by one the orchids disappeared from the stage and were dispersed amongst the very happy winners. Thank You to “The Plansky Family”; for their generous donation of the orchids.Events in June:The 52nd Gründungsfest is on Saturday June 10th. During the evening ceremony several Mem-bers will be receiving either an award or pin; in recognition for their continuous Membership with the Club.
