RESEARCH INTEREST
My key research interest is in life cycle sustainability assessment and sustainable biochar-based
building materials. Specifically, I create and apply integrated framework for assessing the
sustainability and resilience of building materials’ life cycles. I also create, study and apply novel
building materials from bio-based materials, including biochar.
