I took photos of my friends skateboarding. Skateboarders

are often looked at as punks, druggies, or scumbags. But, this is

not true. Skateboarding teaches us many important things in life. It

takes great amounts of determination and dedication to

something to be a skateboarder. It sometimes takes me hours just

to land a trick and once I land it, I feel like I’m on top of the

world. I took pictures of my friends succeeding in skateboarding.

They landed these tricks and sometimes it took them hours to learn

the trick. Every year I see these people progress as well as myself

and it is the most wonderful thing to do for ourselves.
