1. Dairy Free Ice Cream Things you will need:

1. Blender

2. Cup (medium sized coffee mug)

3. Tablespoon (larger than a teaspoon)

4. Serving bowl

Ingredients you will need: Amount:

Frozen, peeled bananas

Vanilla almond milk You may substitute with: Vanilla soy milk

Half of a cup   (enough to cover bananas) 

or

You may also want to add some:

Chocolate chips

Chocolate syrup

Peanut butter

2 tablespoons

1. Dairy Free Ice Cream Directions:

1. Break up frozen bananas into smaller pieces and put them in the blender

2. Pour your half of a cup of vanilla flavored milk into the blender. There should be enough milk to cover up the bananas about halfway

3. Use your spoon to add in your choice of:

chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, or anything else that you want to add to your ice cream. Have fun and be creative

4. Cover the blender with the lid, hold the lid down with your hand and press different buttons to blend with different settings. Continue to blend until everything is smooth and creamy

5. Pour mixture into a bowl and enjoy.

2. Sweet Pumpkin Dip  Things you will need:

1. Can opener 2. Mixing bowl and spoon 3. Measuring cups and measuring

spoons 4. Bowl with cover (or plastic wrap)

Ingredients you will need: Amount:

Pumpkin Puree

1 Can (2 cups)

Brown Sugar 1 Cup

Whipped Cream Cheese 1 medium package (8 ounces)

Ground Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon

Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Teaspoon

2. Sweet Pumpkin Dip

Directions: 1. Scoop out your cream cheese and

put it in your mixing bowl. Open your can of pumpkin puree and scoop it into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Mix the two together until it is all one color.

2. Add in your cup of brown sugar and your teaspoon of cinnamon and teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Mix everything again, keep stirring until there are no more lumps.

3. Scoop your mixture into the bowl that has a cover. Cover the bowl and put your mix in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

4. Eat with ginger snaps, crackers, sliced apples, celery, carrot sticks, or any other foods you can dip and enjoy

3. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Things you will need:

1. Microwave safe dish 2. Cup (medium sized coffee mug) 3. Microwave

Ingredients you will need: Amount: Raw, cleaned, dry pumpkin seeds

1 Cup

Cooking spray

Salt and/or other seasonings:

3. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Directions: 1. If pumpkin seeds are fresh from the

pumpkin then you will need to wash and dry them first. Rinse and remove all the pulp (pumpkin) from them. Spread them out on a cooking sheet lined with paper towels and let them sit over night.

2. Spray microwave-safe plate with your cooking oil, make sure the entire plate is covered. Spread out your pumpkin seeds on the plate.

3. Now spray your seeds with the cooking spray.

4. Sprinkle on salt and seasonings until there is a light coating on all the seeds

5. Put the plate with the seeds in the microwave and set for 2 minutes. Continue to microwave, 2 minutes at-a-time, until your seeds are crispy and a light brown color

4. Personal Pizza: Made Your Way Things you will need:

1. Microwave safe dish 2. Microwave 3. A table spoon

Ingredients you will need: Amount:

● Crust ideas:

toasted half bagel

toasted half english muffin

crispy tortilla

flat bread

1 crust

● Sauce ideas:

spaghetti sauce in a jar

salsa

sliced tomato

leftover tomato soup

ketchup/ barbeque sauce

Enough to spread on your crust (about 2 tablespoons)

● Cheese ideas:

packaged shredded cheese

american cheese singles

packaged pre-sliced cheese

dried parmesan

● Topping Ideas:

salsa

chicken nugget pieces

lunch meat

sliced olives

...anything that you can fit!

4. Personal Pizza: Made Your Way

Directions: 1. Place your crust on your plate

and add 2 tablespoons of your sauce. Spread the sauce on your crust with the back side of the tablespoon

2. Add the amount of cheese that

you want.

3. Now you can add your toppings

4. Place in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese is melted. Let it cool off for a minute and then enjoy!

Things you will need:

1. A Plate 2. A table spoon

Ingredients you will need: Amount:

● Crust ideas:

half blueberry bagel

half toasted english muffin

toasted tortilla

toasted waffle

1 crust

● Sauce ideas:

yogurt

applesauce

jelly/jam/preserves

frosting

peanut butter

Enough to spread on your crust (about 2 tablespoons)

● Topping Ideas

your favorite cereal

dried fruit

blueberries

sliced bananas

chocolate chips

marshmallows

maple syrup or honey

5. Dessert Pizza: Made Your Way

Directions: 1. Place your crust on your plate

and add 2 tablespoons of your sauce.

2. Spread the sauce on your crust with the back side of the tablespoon

3. Now you can add your

toppings. Enjoy!

6. Cauliflower Pizza Crust (for parents)

You will need:

1 head cauliflower, stalk removed

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Break the cauliflower into florets and microwave on high in a

covered microwave-safe container for 5 minutes at a time until soft. Let cool. pulse in a food processor until fine.

3. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella,

Parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder and eggs. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes.

4. Add desired toppings and bake an additional 10 minutes.
